Terms of Service

Legal terms governing enterprise use of AI Router.

1. Parties and scope

These Terms are entered into between G1 Software Kazakhstan LLC (the "Company") and a legal entity enterprise customer (the "Customer") accessing the unified LLM API gateway at airouter.kz. The service is not offered to individuals or consumers.

2. Provision of services

The Company provides Customer with access to an API that routes requests to third-party AI model providers and to models hosted on the Company's own infrastructure. Services are provided "as is" with a target availability of 99.9% governed by a separate SLA.

3. Registration and API keys

Customer is solely responsible for the safekeeping of API keys and for all activity performed using them. Suspected compromise must be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours.

4. Billing and payment

Billing is usage-based: each request debits the exact provider cost at zero API-level markup from the Customer's prepaid balance. Balance is topped up by bank transfer against invoices in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT). Unpaid invoices past 30 days trigger service suspension.

5. Acceptable use

Customer shall not use the service to generate material that violates Kazakhstan law (including extremism, CSAM, defamation); circumvent rate limits or security controls; produce non-consensual deepfake material; or engage in any activity prohibited by applicable law. Violations result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual property

Customer retains all rights to its prompts and generation outputs to the extent allowed by the upstream provider's terms. The Company claims no ownership of Customer content and does not use it to train models. Rights to the AI Router platform, source code, and trademarks remain with the Company.

7. Privacy and data protection

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). A standard DPA aligned with GDPR, PDPA, and Kazakhstan Personal Data Law is offered to all enterprise customers.

8. SLA and credits

If monthly availability drops below 99.9%, Customer is entitled to SLA credits per the separate SLA agreement. Live status is published at status.airouter.kz with post-mortems for every incident.

9. Limitation of liability

The Company's aggregate liability is capped at the amount paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Company is not responsible for the content of third-party model outputs. Customer must verify outputs before using them in critical scenarios.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this contract on 30 days' notice. The Company may terminate immediately on Customer breach of section 5. Unused prepaid balance is refunded within 60 days of termination.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any dispute shall be resolved by the AIFC International Arbitration Centre (Astana) under its rules.

12. Changes

The Company notifies Customers of changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
