Zero markup on the API
You pay the exact provider price. Our margin lives in service contracts and SLA — not hidden per-token markup.
Local jurisdiction by default
All data, logs, backups, and billing are physically in-country. Data controller registered locally. DPA and contract in the customer's language.

Public status page, post-mortem on every P1 within 5 business days, contractual SLA with monetary credits. No PR-speak.
